Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or pricing fluctuations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold are professionally graded and authenticated by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA). Each item’s certification number can be verified directly through PSA.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, all orders include tracking for transparency.
